Hara raita is best to serve with biyani,pulao or any desi rice dish.
I also serve it with our traditional desi snacks like samosa, Kabab etc
You can make Chatni in large quantity and freeze in small portion, at time of need you can just beat yogurt and add Chatni in it and raita is ready to serve
Ingredients
Fresh Coriander : 1 cup
Yogurt : 1 cup
Mint leaves : 10-12 Leaves
Garlic : 2 cloves
Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp
Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Green chillies : 3
Method
~Put fresh coriander,mint leaves, garlic, green chillies, salt,lemon juice,and cumin seeds in food processor
~Grind in fine paste
~Beat yogurt to remove all lumps
~Add Chatni and mix well
~To adjust consistency, you can add water but cateres usually add white soft drinks in it.
~Ready to serve
