Maltesers Chocolate Cake


Ingredients
Eggs : 3
All purpose flour : 2 cup
Baking powder : 2 tsp
Baking soda : 1 tsp
Vanilla essence : 1 tsp
Castor sugar : 1 1/2 cup
Oil : 1 cup
Milk : 1 cup
Sour cream : 1/2 cup
Maltesers powder : 1/2 cup
Frosting
Tetra pack cream : 1 1/2 cup
Maltesers powder : 4 tbsp heaped
Dark chocolate : 200 gms
Milk chocolate : 200 gms
Whipping cream : 1 cup
Maltesers chocolate for decoration
Method
Pre heat oven at 180 degree C
Grease two or 3 8" cake pan
Sift flour,baking soda,baking powder and maltesers powder
Beat sugar and oil on high speed until well combined
Add eggs 1 at a time until mixed, beating well after each addition
Add essence and mix
Slowly add dry mixture on low speed alternative with milk in two batches
Add sour cream,beat on slow speed
Pour in prepared pan
Bake for 40 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean
Frosting method
Heat cream in sauce pan ,till bubble begin to appear on edges,
Add maltesers powder into cream and mix
Remove from flame, add both chocolates
Leave for few minutes
Mix it well, let it sit for few hours then beat with electric beater
Apply this in between cake layers as filling
For topping
Beat whipping cream till stif
Then mix in leftover frosting, mix well with beater
Use this for covering cake and decorations
Assemble
Place first layer of cake on cake board
Soak with milk or sugar syrup
Apply whipped ganache as filling
Put second layer of cake, again soak and apply frosting
Place third layer of cake ,soak it also
Cover sides and top of cake with ganache mixed with whipping cream
Decorate cake with leftover frosting and maltesers chocolate
*If you don't have sour cream , mix half cup cream with 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar,let it sit for 10 minutes
**If you don't have maltesers powder,then  you can substitute it with chocolate horlics, Ovaltine or Milo
*For moisten cake, use chocolate milk or sugar syrup
*If you want to make it more rich, You can add crushed maltesers chocolate in between cake layers
